Use the QuickClip application to create a list of text snippets. Then, by right clicking the QuickClip icon in the system tray, select one of these text snippets and paste them in an outgoing email, in a report, in any other window or application you want.

To get started with QuickClip, you will have to download a 532KB executable onto your PC. The setup wizard that shows up when you run the exe asks you to pick between English and Dutch and between a Full and Custom Installation. A Full Installation includes QuickClip’s program files and language files. Once you’re done with installing the application, you will have to visit QuickClip’s official webpage and create an account. You need to set up an account to be able to start using the application. Setting up an account will take little time and won’t cost you a thing.

While QuickClip is running, you will see an icon in the system tray. Double click it to access the application’s interface. On the left hand side on said interface, the application displays folders and text snippets. Select a snippet and its contents will be displayed in the pane to the right. To create a folder, just right click on QuickClip’s left hand side and select Group. To add a text snippet, select Item instead of Group.

After you set up as many folders and as many text snippets as you want, it’s time to enjoy the functionality QuickClip has to offer. Right click QuickClip’s icon in the system tray, select a text snippet, then access an application or window and hit Paste. The text snippet you select will be pasted into the application or window.
